New Business visa introduced in November
South Australia has started a new Business Innovation visa for 3 years starting from November 2018 – November 2021. The visa is named as Supporting Innovation in South Australia (SISA).
The new visa aims to enhance the South Australia’s entrepreneurialism and innovation agendas.
The application is lodged through the temporary activities sponsor (SC 408) visa stream.The criteria for the visa includes:

You need to have combined cash and assets within the range listed in the table below. As a guideline, when you arrive in South Australia, Immigration SA recommends that offshore applicants have at least $20,000 in cash and onshore applicants have at least $5,000 in cash for settlement. You should not dispose of any assets before the visa is granted.
