Resident Return Visa

Resident Return Visa(RRV) are for the permanent residents who  wish to travel to Australia after the permanent visa travel validity has been expired. The RRV visa has two different types:

• sc155  visa: This visa is valid for a period of five years. To apply for this visa subclass, you need to have stayed in Australia for a period of two years in the last five years.  This visa subclass can be approved for a period of Five years or less
• sc157 visa: You apply for this visa subclass, only if you have do not satisfy the requirements of the sc155 visa. This visa is usually approved for a period of one to three months.
