South Australia Business Visa

South Australia has started a new supporting innovation program under sc408 Government Endorsed event program known as Supporting Innovation in South Australia (SISA). SISA program will be running from Nov 2018 – Nov 2021

Applicants who are under 45 years of age at the time of application and a person who can demonstrate Vocational English skills are eligible to apply under this visa subclass.

To lodge the visa application, there must be a detailed Business Plan with innovative ideas and the application to participate in the supporting innovation in South Australia event has been endorsed by the South Australian Government.

There should be active participation of the applicant in implementing and developing the business as per the proposed Business Plan. The Department will monitor the applicant’s activities to ensure there is no breach of their visa condition.

This visa is available for both the offshore and onshore applicants. If the applicant is overseas, they should be holding any of the below visa subclasses:

• Student visas (500,570,571,572,573,574)
• Subclass 403
• Subclass 771
